Traditional Tantra Yoga
for Women

The Traditional Tantra Yoga helps us to balance our inner polarities and to embody the wisdom of the Goddesses

Traditional Tantra Yoga is a yin yang Hatha style focusing on the subtle energies of the body during the execution of the postures (asanas), the meditations and other practices as Pranayama (breath), Yantras (sacred geometry), Mantras (sound), Sadhanas (devotion), as part of an ancient full science.
The goal is to bring awareness into the body and observe our sensations, thoughts and emotions in order to discover our being and balance our internal and external Lunar/Feminine and Solar/Masculine sides.
The union and balance of these polarities is at the base of the alchemy and personal transformation bringing peace and harmony from inside out.
By opposition to other more masculine and dynamic yogas, the alignment and perfection is not relevant here as they are considered as an inquiry from the ego and only the the self discovery and self acceptance can lead us to the deepest part of our being. That is why the energy and sensations behind the exercises has to be felt, explored and integrated to know our potential.
The exercises of Traditional Tantra Yoga I propose are highly restorative, relaxing and re-balancing to help the women to reconnect in a lovely and positive way with their bodies by integrating their feminine qualities as receptivity, connection and intuition to be harmonized with the masculine qualities dominating in our society.
The archetypes and wisdom of the Das Maha Vidyas: the 10 Great Wise Tantra Goddesses are also integrated in the practice through embodiment exercises.
